Pastor Joseph C. Parker, Jr., Esq., D. Min., a native of Birmingham, Alabama, has been the Senior Pastor of David Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Austin, Texas, since 1992. He grew up as a pastor's kid with his father, Rev. Joseph C. Parker, Sr. pastoring churches in both Alabama and Texas and with his mother, Addie Ruth Fox Parker, a school teacher.
